Frederick J. McCoy, M.D.
1916 2006

Frederick J. McCoy, M.D., 90, of Lake Ozark, Mo. and formerly of Mission Hills and McPherson, died Sept. 26, 2006.

He was a plastic surgeon and also served as a clinical professor of surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine.

Survivors include: wife, Mary Bock McCoy; sons, Frederick McCoy Jr., Nashville, Tenn., and Steve Estill McCoy, Lawrence; daughters, Judith Jane Carman, Patricia Ann McCoy and Melissa McCoy, all of Lawrence; the children of Jane Nesselrode; sister, Verna Mae Conrad, Palos Verdes, Calif.; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
